New customers at Boost mobile had to go through a complex process to activate their devices.
The manager of the UX team and I discussed the business requirements with the business analyst and business owner.
The meeting notes were translated into this visual which helped us with communication with the rest of the teams involved.

I drove the design conceptualizing and wireframing.

The business requirements were married to the user needs in order to achieve an optimum design that was user friendly and easily to navigate.

Using components that the development team had on AEM, I was able to maximize the time and minimize efforts for them.

The documentation that I produced contained designs that were easy to read by the BO and BA. This expedited the approval process.

I arrived upon the final designs after a minimal number of sessions with the stakeholders. This streamlined workflow was achievable because of my understanding of the theory of UX design.
